DISCOLORATION

Cleaning and disinfection machines use water, cleaning chemicals, acid and salts in combination with varying temperatures. These machines are high quality devices developed for very special applications. They can be accurately adjusted and programmed for the desired result.

Frequently we see machines of which the metal inside is severely discolored. Brown and blue to purple spots disfigure the machine, but worse is the fact that this is a serious pollution, which obviously has an impact on the cleaning result.

Cleaning chemicals used at higher temperatures potentially cause such discoloration. In practice we found that discoloration often occurs when powder soap is used. When using liquid soap however, little or no discoloration is determined.

PromiQ can give your machine a special treatment where the discoloration will be greatly reduced and often even completely disappear. The pictures on the right illustrate the situation before and after treatment.
